Medical billing support for practices across the United States

Global Tech Billing provides remote medical billing and practice support nationwide. We help practices coordinate billing, enrollment, and follow-up around their specialty, payer mix, and existing workflows.

Our listed Fresno address is a virtual business address. Service-area coverage does not mean we maintain a physical office in each state.

Discuss your practice's needs

Choose the support your practice needs

Remote delivery allows your practice to work with a billing team without hiring an on-site department. Before engagement, we confirm the services in scope, system access, responsibilities, reporting, and handoff process. Service availability and payer requirements should be confirmed for your specific practice.

Medical billing

Claim preparation, submission, payment posting, and follow-up.

Denial management

Review denial reasons, organize supporting documentation, and track follow-up.

Medical coding

Coding support based on encounter documentation and applicable payer requirements.

Service areas and state resources

The locations below bring together our previously published state service pages. We also support inquiries from practices in other states. Tell us where you practice and which payers you work with so we can confirm a suitable scope of support.

For current Medicaid enrollment and billing requirements, consult the relevant state agency and your contracted payer. Official starting points include North Carolina NCTracks, New York eMedNY, Maryland provider enrollment, and Michigan Medicaid provider resources. These agencies are independent of Global Tech Billing.

What to prepare for a billing consultation

  1. Practice profile: your state, specialty, provider count, and practice setting.
  2. Workflow overview: your EHR or practice-management system, clearinghouse, and current billing responsibilities.
  3. Payer and enrollment needs: your main payer mix and any enrollment or credentialing work you need help organizing.
  4. Priorities: the billing bottlenecks you want to address, such as denials, aging receivables, eligibility checks, or reporting.

Please do not send patient records, claim-level patient data, passwords, or other protected information through our public contact form or ordinary email. Request an agreed secure handoff process before sharing sensitive information.

Common questions

Do we need to be near your office?

No. Our billing support is delivered remotely. We agree on access, communication, and workflow responsibilities with your practice.

Are payer rules the same in every state?

No. Requirements can differ by payer, plan, state, specialty, and service. Current payer policies and contracts should guide claim handling; a general website article is not a substitute for those instructions.

Can you guarantee enrollment approval or payment?

No. Enrollment and claim decisions remain with the payer. The scope of billing support, reporting, and follow-up should be agreed before work begins.

Do you work with smaller practices?
